Are there any Wood family left living in Battle, would love to hear from you. Does anyone remember my Dad Victor Wood, born Marley Cottages 1911 who maried Doris lillian Bennett 1934, they first lived in Fishing Cottage Powdermill lane.

Hi Barbara as far as I am aware my grandmother Mary who was Albert Woods wife was the last wood in battle she died in the late 70’s my mother was her daughter Mary and I spent a lot of time in battle as a boy and still do.
