Park Bench Memorials

Does anybody know if you can pay to have a Park Bench memorial in Battle town centre. My Grandfather has recently passed away and Battle is a place that he and his wife both loved when they were alive. We live in Dover, Kent but would rather a memorial to them be somewhere that holds a lot of fond memories for the families. Any ideas if this is a possibility in Battle or who to contact to find out.
