Battle Cemetery

The Cemetery in Battle, on Marley Lane, offers a variety of burial options, including traditional plots, a natural burial area, and designated spaces for children’s and family plots. Recognised for its ecological significance, it features wildflower meadows and has received multiple awards for its upkeep, including “Cemetery of the Year 2015.” Managed by Battle Town Council, it is maintained to a high standard with limited vehicular access outside of staff hours, but pedestrian access remains available.
